This video is from a presentation given by sedimentary geologist Dr. Chris Rupe to a Christian audience on November 5, 2025 at the Rochester Museum and Science Center. Chris encourages the church to stand firm on the early chapters in Genesis as a record of actual historical events. He further elaborates on some of the theological problems that Christians encounter when they attempt to import the conventional model of geologic time into the Genesis narrative (either via the Gap Theory, Progressive Creation, Theistic Evolution, or other old-earth theories). Throughout the remainder of the presentation, Chris focuses on the geologic evidence for a recent, global Flood.
Many people, including Christians, embrace evolution, and the main reason is that they have been led to believe that evolution is a scientific fact. Yet, population genetics, the very field of science that serves as the foundation for the neo-Darwinian theory, has powerfully undermined its primary axiom. The mutation/selection process cannot build the genome, let alone stop the relentless process of genetic entropy caused by mutation accumulation.​ This article discusses why genetic entropy is the lethal blow to the theory of evolution and why natural selection is hopeless to prevent "mutational meltdown." —Video by Dr. Christopher Rupe
This video is from a lecture presented at the Midwest Creation Fellowship in Illinois on March 03, 2025. Christopher shares several examples of true human fossils that were misclassified as Lucy's species, Australopithecus afarensis. Assuming for the sake of argument the evolutionary age assignments, these fossils pre-date the supposed origin of the human genus Homo. Such findings falsify the ape-to-man model. In addition, the famous "Lucy" fossil is argued to represent a pygmy human that lived in East Africa, sometime after the flood. —Lecture by Dr. Christopher Rupe
